Can you do exercise for beautiful breasts? Absolutely. Depending on your goals, a number of exercises exist that will help to firm, tone and shape your breasts.
Can Exercise for Beautiful Breasts Result in Breast Enlargement?
The amount of breast tissue that you have is fairly set. A number of factors, however, can affect breast size:
- Blood flow
- Fatty tissue
- Muscle tone
While there is no exercise that will increase the amount of breast tissue you have, there are exercises you can perform that will build and tone supportive musculature. Having well-toned and supportive muscles in the breast region can help to give you the appearance of larger breasts.
Improving Muscle Tone
When performing exercise for beautiful breasts, it is important to improve the overall muscle tone of the region. This will result in overall lifting and support of breast tissue.
Exercise 1 – Dumbbell Butterflies
- With one dumbbell in each hand, lie on your back on the floor or a bench with your arms extended out to your sides at chest level.
- Keeping your elbows slightly bent, lift weights to bring hands almost together above the midline of your chest.
- In a careful and controlled motion, lower the weights to their starting position.
- Repeat the motion without resting between repetitions.

Exercise 2 – Dumbbell Chest Press
- With one dumbbell in each hand, lie on your back on the floor or on a bench.
- Hold your arms at a 90-degree angle with elbows and upper arms parallel to the floor.
- Press the weights upward, straightening your elbows until your arms are nearly straight above your chest. Don’t lock your elbows.
- Without resting, lower the weights to your starting position in a controlled fashion.
- Repeat the motion without resting between repetitions.

Exercise 3 – Dumbbell Side Lateral Raises
- With one dumbbell in each hand, sit on the edge of a chair with your back straight. Bend your arms forward at a 90-degree angle away from your body holding the dumbbells parallel to your body.
- Maintaining this position throughout the movement, raise elbows up to shoulder height. Your hands with the dumbbells should remain in the same point in space throughout the movement, rotating the weight 90-degrees as you lift. Think of it as if your arms are chicken wings, and you are flapping them.
- Without resting, lower your elbows in a slow and controlled manner.
- Repeat the motion without resting between repetitions.

Exercise 4 – Isometric Contractions
Isometric contractions are a squeezing and contracting of muscle groups without much motion. Isometrics can increase blood flow to your breast region, strengthen, and tone the muscles being contracted.
- While sitting or standing, hold your arms out in front of you and bend your elbows at a 90-degree angle. Your upper arms will be parallel to the floor. Your forearms will be parallel to your body. Make sure your upper arms are tight against your breasts.
- Squeeze your arms in tight against the sides of your breasts, contracting your pectoral muscles to bring your arms in tighter to your breasts.
- Release the squeeze, and then repeat.
- Do 12 to 15 reps for three or four sets.
- No weights are necessary for this exercise.
Weight Selection
When performing exercise for beautiful breasts, you will be striving for one of two goals:
- Toning and firming the supporting musculature
- Building the supporting musculature
Which you choose is up to you. Refer to the table below to determine how many repetitions to perform for each goal.

The exercises above can all be performed at home; however, there are also a number of exercises to firm and tone your breasts that can be done at the gym.
Perform the exercises three our four times per week for maximum benefit, and soon, you will notice improved firmness and tone of your breast region.
