Hi Adelisa, That is a good question. The answer to that question depends upon your general health and the contour belt manufacturer instructions. Each belt should come with a recommended usage guidelines in the manufacturer's instructions. You should also consult your doctor before using a contour belt to make sure that it is safe for you. Your doctor can also advise you on how often to safely use the belt.

I got the contour abs belt on their 1 day trial - it turned up 2 weeks late, and when I did get it I didn't think it was good quality.

I sent the contour back and bought a slendertone system abs one. Have been real happy with that and its improved my abs 100% since I started using it :)

Forget the contour ab belt and get the best! And its cheaper! check out: the-flex-belt.com
