I thought the contour abs looked good, so I ordered one by paying $14.95 on their website for a 'free trial'. Shipping is incredibly slow and my order took over 3 weeks to arrive, which annoyed me to start with as it means the free trial period is expired before I even got the ab belt!

When I saw the Contour Belt I didn't think it looked like very good quality and in fact it actually broke after only 3 weeks. I returned it, expecting a refund only to find they kept charging my credit card $49.95 each month (they split the cost as its expensive, $49.95 for 4 months).

After a lot of phone calls i managed to get my refund, and this time did some research online - I ended up buying a flex belt ab toner as it seems to be the one that everyone rates best for quality etc.

I'm really happy with the flex belt, and I just wanted to make this list so that others don't make the same mistake i did - do your research online before you buy a contour abs belt!

I purchased the ab contour system about a month ago and I am completely feeling results. I do feel muscles that I never felt before but I'm not experiencing any fat loss. Bare in mind, this system is designed to build muscle not melt away your fat. Losing weight will have to be an effort on your part by eating the right foods and engaging in some aerobic exercise. Once you accomplish this, you will see the benefits of the contour belt because it's there. I press into my stomach everyday and it's as hard as a rock, I just need to learn to eat better to see the full affects. I hope this has helped:)

I have lived in europe all my life and had never heard of the contour ab belt until I read your article, so I dispute their claim that its used all over europe.

When I was looking to buy an ab belt I almost bought the contour abs one, but read a review here - ab-belt-review.com and bought the FlexBelt instead - I'm glad I did, its worked really well for me and helped tone up my abs.

I would recommend the flexelt over the contour abs one.

I don't exercise. I use the Contour Ab belt for back pain relief. More effective than pills. Useful along with chiropractic.
