Hi Tom, Thank you for your comments. We appreciate your input.

A stinky pair of basketball shorts or lycra leotard carry so much bacteria and do not provide solid protection against what somebody else's clothes left behind that it's scary. Shower first and take your clean body into the gym to ensure that this problem is mitigated. You should still put a towel between you and the machines, but this method is MUCH cleaner than skanky gym clothes spreading bacteria everywhere. Same goes for the sauna, whirlpool, steam room, you name it.

Some people are simply more comfortable in the buff than others, so while some men (and women) will feel perfectly at home exercising in the nude, not everyone is as comfortable with their bodies on display in public. However, they might feel fine exercising in the nude at home. This just comes down to personal choice and what makes you feel comfortable.

We men should be proud of our selves and stop worrin about other males looking at us. We all have the same equipment, some more, some average, some less.
